MTEMC plans outages Sept. 15 in Lebanon

Middle Tennessee Electric crews will be working to improve electric service in Lebanon Sept. 15, which will require outages in parts of the city.

The scheduled work will require about 105 commercial customers and 5 residential customers to be without power. The scheduled times for the outages are set to begin at 12 a.m. and last until 4 a.m.

Crews will work to double power line voltage and replace aging transformers along West Main Street west of Castle Heights Avenue to west of Maple Street.

Should weather become inclement, the work will be postponed until Sept. 22.
