MTEMC plans outages July 7 in Lebanon

Middle Tennessee Electric crews will be working to improve electric service in Lebanon July 7, which will require outages along South Castle Heights Avenue.

The scheduled work will require about 250 residences to be without power. The scheduled times for the outages are set to begin at 8 a.m. and last until approximately 12 p.m.

Specifically, the affected locations will be South Castle Heights Avenue, Meadowlane Drive, Woodland Drive, Westwood Drive, Wildwood Avenue, Mabry Court, Oak Street and Spring Street.

Crews will work to double power line voltage and replace aging transformers.

Should weather become inclement, the work will be postponed until July 9.
