Program:	6th Grade Energy Projects
Grade Level:	6
Time Frame:	Early fall to Christmas break
Presentations:	Lecture, video and hands-on participation. Subjects include basic electricity, safety, static and current electricity, etc. Approximately 125 classes are presented in 50 elementary/middle schools to over 5,000 students yearly.
Projects:	Students are encouraged to build an inexpensive, energy-related project within a two- to three-week time frame. Students bring projects to school to compete in a "science fair" atmosphere. Demonstrations are optional.
